We've designed Tall Fescue for those people that want to have an easy lawn to take care of. In the southern climates it is a blend of older varieties of tall fescue which are coarser in texture, stingier on water, lighter green in color and noninvasive. In the northern climates it is a combination of bluegrass and ryegrass. This mix will offer reparability, fast germination, stripability, and it will grow about 25-30"/yr. This mix will require a higher amount of water than other mixes.
